Changed your mind
For online orders, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.
Faulty or incorrect
If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, contact us with your order reference so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
Refund timing
Eligible refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence they were sent.
