Products and prices
We aim to describe products accurately using verified supplier information. Retail prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Orders
Your order is accepted when payment is approved and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing or verification information is materially incorrect.
Payment
Square processes online payments securely. Payment must be authorised before dispatch or collection. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
Delivery and collection
DPD estimates are not guarantees where circumstances are outside reasonable control. Free collection is available from Edgware Vape & Tech at 379 Edgware Road after we confirm the order is ready. Responsibility passes when goods are delivered or collected.
Cancellations and returns
Online consumers normally have 14 days after delivery or collection to notify us of cancellation, followed by 14 days to return goods. Exceptions and deductions permitted by law may apply.
Our responsibility
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
