Free like-for-like take-back
When you buy a new electrical item from Tech Supply London, we will arrange free take-back of an equivalent old item that performs the same basic function. Email us before bringing or sending anything so we can confirm the correct route.
Arrange a return
Email techsupplylondon@outlook.com with your order reference, the new product purchased and the old equivalent item you want to recycle.
Local recycling
You can also use your council’s household recycling service or an authorised electrical recycling point. Remove personal data from devices before recycling them.
Batteries and power banks
Do not place batteries or power banks in household waste. Keep damaged or swollen batteries away from heat and contact your local authority for safe disposal instructions.
